Overview
Marketing studies examine how businesses and organizations communicate value to customers and stakeholders. At Lisburn University, we explore the many ways that marketing strategies shape consumer behavior, influence decision-making, and drive economic and cultural trends in industries worldwide.
One day in class, your professor might show an advertisement or a social media campaign from a leading brand. You and your classmates analyze, critique, and discuss the campaign from various perspectives, such as its target audience, messaging strategy, effectiveness, and cultural relevance. Then you design your own marketing campaign in response, applying creative and analytical techniques to address real-world challenges.
Career Opportunities
Our graduates work and intern in a wide array of roles across diverse industries, including brand management, advertising, market research, digital marketing, social media strategy, public relations, event planning, and e-commerce. Many have launched their own successful businesses or pursued further studies in marketing, business administration, data analytics, strategic communications, or entrepreneurship. Others have contributed to nonprofit organizations, global corporations, and innovative start-ups, making a significant impact in the ever-evolving marketing landscape.
