Overview
Nonprofit Administration studies examine how organizations create social impact and serve communities through effective leadership and management. At Lisburn University, we explore how nonprofits operate, from fundraising and program development to advocacy and financial stewardship, shaping positive change in both local and global contexts.
One day in class, your professor might present a case study on a successful nonprofit initiative. You and your classmates analyze, critique, and discuss its strategy, funding model, and community impact. Then, you design your own nonprofit project, applying leadership, fundraising, and operational techniques to address real-world challenges.
Career Opportunities
Our graduates pursue careers and internships in a variety of nonprofit and social impact roles, including program management, fundraising, grant writing, community outreach, advocacy, and nonprofit consulting. Many have launched their own organizations or pursued further studies in nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or philanthropy. Others have contributed to charities, NGOs, foundations, and government agencies, making a meaningful difference in communities worldwide.
