Overview
Business Administration addresses the ways in which leadership, decision-making, and organizational structures impact business practices. At Lisburn University, we explore how effective management can drive change in corporate strategy, finance, marketing, and operations, shaping businesses and industries across the globe.
In class, your professor might present a case study of a successful business turnaround. You and your classmates will analyze, critique, and discuss the strategies used, examining factors like leadership styles, market positioning, financial planning, and the cultural implications of business decisions. Then, you’ll apply your insights to propose your own strategies for success.
Career Opportunities
Our graduates work and intern in a variety of roles across industries — finance, marketing, human resources, management, operations, sales, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Many of our alumni have also started their own businesses, while others pursue graduate studies in business, law, economics, and public administration. Their skills in leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving prepare them for success in a dynamic global business environment.
